A due to a safety circuit in the charger the charger will not turn on if the pack voltage is lower than 25 30 volts on a 48 volt car about 40 volts for a 72 volts car. I did a little research and troubleshooting myself using what resources i could find and here is what i can see. The simplest approach to read a home wiring diagram is to begin at the source or the major power supply.
